Same here dude. When I was young and dumb, and used to roll around with my friends gettin ripped, I can't tell you how many times I've chucked someone's yellow lighter right out the window.
This video was completely retarded. If you're a bodybuilder/trying to get cut up, you should already know better than to max a bag of chips, sweets, junk food etc. It's really not very hard to max out on food that's not absolutely terrible for you.
I don't get lazy what so ever when I'm burnin. I love getting baked and going to the gym. I work out just as hard if not harder. If it makes you lazy, you should probably find better shit.
The O2 part is pretty accurate, but just take an extra few seconds between sets to catch your breath. Or just eat instead of smoke.
And for a bodybuilder, this guy isn't very cut. He's big, but not too much definition. Lay off of the d-bol.
