On the forums page, it states that Ski Gabber is the most popular forum on NS. Just stumbled on this the other day, where the current number of threads in Non-Ski Gabber exceeds the number of threads in Ski Gabber. Mods, do what you do best

It used to fluctuate depending on whether it was winter and summer, but NSG has been winning since at least 2004.

But I daresay more people check ski gabber more often than NSG.

I remember the summer that non-ski gabber took over ski gabber in number of posts. it hasn't been reversed since.

I wouldn't expect it to be anything out of the ordinary. Except for B/S/T, people just browsing through stuff and not posting would bring that ratio way up.

think of how much bullshit is in nsg, ski gabber has much better threads and is just more fun to browse. nsg is something a lot of people actually avoid some days altogether.

if you also go into ski gabber and look at the amount of threads that have multiple pages vs nsg threads with multiple pages its pretty monstrous. I would say its actually more common for a thread in ski gabber to hit 2 pages then for it to just stay at one. Assuming it's not a trash thread that just says "skiing is cool" or some shit like that.

Yea thread count doesn't mean its any less popular. I almost never check NSG in the winter, its only in the summer that I'm in it more, but I still check SG so much more.
