Anyone use it?
What are the side effects to this stuff?
using supplements such as NO or jack3D for anything but lifting is retarded. Sports is possibly the worst thing you coud use these for, they actually dehydrate you faster than if you hadn't taken them.
The two guys that i lift with on a daily basis are pretty into supplements like these. one guy is a huge meathead, benches 350, squats 400 something, shrugs about 500 and he's only 17. he's basically addicted to supplements. no matter how hard or light he's working out he takes like 4 NO pills, some jacked and some NO. he's cycling off of it for this month and all he does is complain about how he can't lift as hard.
The other guy is just barely 16, he takes jack3D and he says it helps alot. pretty small kid, some muscle mass and NO body fat but he's pretty strong for his size.
My advice: if you're set on taking it, save it and wait until you've stopped getting stronger (plateau) supplements can help you push through that plateau effect. and then i recommend cycling off of it. I took jack3D once, i didn't get to burn it all out of my system during my workout, could not focus on anything whatsoever for the next 2 hours. i'm personally not a fan of stuff that can mess you up like that. i recommend just taking protein powder withing 30 minutes after your workout. and if you lift in the morning before breakfast, you'll burn more fat if that's what you're going for.
oh btw, one time the meathead guy i talked about, he took all his stuff, we drove to the gym... closed. we went and kicked it with some girls. he was so wired up that while he was laying on the couch with the girl, he was on the verge of raping her. shoved her hand down his pants multiple times. tried to get in her pants after her repeatedly saying she was on her period. all because he hadn't burned his supplement out of his system and he couldn't control his testosterone levels.
