2 years ago mine came out for the first time. Since then it has come out a couple dozen times. Most of the time I had friends put it in for me, but one time it came out in school and because of liability they refused to put it in, so I learned really fast how to put it in myself. Really traumatic.
So I started lifting weights a ton (rows, bench, shoulder excersises) and it rarely comes out now. And when it does, its A BITCH to get back in. Overall its pretty good now.
I DID go to the doctor, he said that it was up to me, I could get it or go without. I went without because the weights seemed to be working. If its not terrible, but still is painful, you can rough it out on a high protein weightlifting regimen. Just bulk the fuck up.
