Arguments for a summer setup

My mom is on the fence about summer setups, what are some good arguments to convince her that its an ok idea?

I already have:
I will be safer if I practice more and this is the safest way to do it
It wont be exspensive (I am getting free stuff from alot of people)

say if you dont have a summer setup you wont have anything to do all summer and youll get super bored and start doing meth to pass the time.

Just go out to lowes/home depot, build it at your friends house. take it over to your house. I did this and they didn't do anytthing about it.

My mom said yes. the meth argument worked...and the safety argument, but I think it was mostly the meth one.
