still have a lot more of the season but havent competed yet. knee injury ftl.

Haven't been able to run for over a year! As a freshman and I was placing top 5 in varsity meets in the 200. Then I got 2 herniated disks in my lower back and haven't been able to really run since. Shit sucks because I've done PT and had 5 epidural steroid injections with no results, and they won't operate till you're fully grown, and I'm not. I miss track

BTW this kid Tom Mallon who goes to school nearby me just ran a 1:49.7 or something for the 800. The kids a monster

Im in 9th grade and my session has been great. i throw 105ft in disc, 33ft7in for shot and 121ft 4in at jav.

i dont buy this for a second.. i gotta call bologna. I checked the st rose athletics site and there is one guy listed as a multi named travis rytell and he isn't anywhere close to 7500.. is that you? Saint rose is D2 and if you were close to 7000 you would be in contention for a national title in division 2. If thats you, you seem to be a decent high jumper but no need to inflate your stats so much.

Anyways, I have one (possibly two) meets left in my track career, after 7 years im pretty much spent after this meet. Ive had a good season though, big PR's in long and triple jump so i can't complain
