Apartments, help!

 So, my friends and i are lookin to get an apartment for our senior year. There is a lot of dirt shit apartments that'd we would live in (drug trade, cheap rent etc..) but we dont know anything price wise, and if the prices are higher if your younger (18)?

if anyone has a apartment or knows anything about pricing, and how they are that would be DANK, because were lookin to smoke so real DANK alll next year during school.

since you mentioned under 18, im assuming senior year of high school? don't do it, live with your parents and save your cash. you are not that cool. besides, no landlord is going to rent to you, since you're a minor. minors can enter into contracts, but since they aren't adults, thay can also break them with no consequences. No realtor in their righ mind is going to take that risk, EVER.

you'll regret it a month in

stay with your parents senior year, get free food, free everything, live under them, have a nice free place to stay, then live off campus in college or move out and live with friends after high school if you don't plan on going to college

it's just a stupid idea now. plus your landlord will recognize you're 18 and don't know about money so he'll manipulate the fuck out of you

I was going to help you until your blatent overuse of the word "dank"....none-the-less, its a completely different market in every town, city - so check your paper to find out what rent goes for in the slumhole neighborhoods, considering that's all you're likely to afford or be allowed to live in without signing a lease.

Why not live with your parents one more year?

You have the rest of your life to smoke dank whenever you want or throw rager parties.

Trust me in about 2 months of living on your own/in a dorm you will be hungrier than ever before and wish your mommy was there to make you a hot meal that doesn't taste like asshole.

It kind of sounds like aspire to live in a shitty neighborhood and do drugs all day. You're awesome man. I'm sure it will be really "dank".
