Try and understand me here.
Twist your tongue into a spiral so the rough part touches your lower lips, clamp on with your teeth and close your lips together.
When you touch the left side of your tongue you feel it on the right, right side feeling on the left and up and down vice versa.

I hate ruining my 1337 post count with this post but its necessary.

Yes i was high when i posted and i was questioning if it worked, but i can confirm now it does.

To all you who cant figure it out, do this and when you have it upside down feel your tongue with your finger. Instant mindfuck.

touch your thumbnail to the nail of your pointer fingerso that the sides you touch with are facing opposite directions (up and down) and then bite down on both sides and run your fingers along the curve of your teeth for awhile.
