Anyone end up going this year?

 It was pretty fucking sick, only unlegit thing was bi-law coming by and making people take down all 'unauthorized' tents which was pretty lame cause it rained earlier on.

I went. It was my first time going ever, i thought it was really weird....saw some weird people...and the dancing hobos were weird also. I liked the vendors tho, picked up a new inline ashcatcher from the blower beside vancouver seed bank. Got a hash bowl packed by the vancouver seed bank....only disappiontment was no one was selling weed brownies!

Ya it was my first time too pretty fun though .
You missed it there was a TP tent that had weed brownies, me and my friends made some before we went down  but yah tons of fun and awesome jamaican patties...sooo goood

bunch of highschool and college kids get really high in queens park and march around


it's good fun and all, until i hear people spouting on about "fighting for our rights" and "freedom for the nation"

you're sitting in a park smoking drugs, not saving someones life. we live in canada, we get our asses wiped for us pretty much. people live in countries where if they were marching for their ACTUAL rights, theyd be shot dead. i don't mind people advocating the legalization of marijuana, just don't act like it's the most important thing ever, or like you're somehow changing the world, because you're really not

as a response to Dr.Ns ---> i personally am not a serious weed activist. i don't care thaaaat much whether its legal or illegal for me to smoke pot because its available to me either way. but you seem to be misinformed on the real reasons for the weed march besides the idiot's reasons
