You could try this if you don't find a better solution:
First off, take out your battery. Find someone at University doing a Science or Engineering degree. Ask them to take your computer to a lab with equipment to produce de-ionized water and flush it through with that. Let it dry and give it a go.
The wine probably short circuited a bunch of components, if these shorts blew out your components then the water flush won't work as they'll still be broken. If the computer's still not working because theres residue from the wine which is causing a short then the water will wash it away and the computer should work. The deionized water from the lab will not leave any residue (which could cause more shorts). I tried this once with a phone as I figured I had nothing to lose and it actually worked. If you know that some components didn't get wine on them then take them out before you put them in the water.
I'd use this method as a last option. I thought my idea was reasonable to I just did it to see what would happen. It worked but it might just have been a fluke.
