Well my 2009-2010 season is over. I can't say I achieved everything I had hoped, but I don't think I ever have in those four or five short months we cherish. The greatest and most incredible part of my season was all the wonderful people and amazing places I came across, and all the things I learned from them. I learned that you're never too old, I learned that attitude is everything, I learned that fear is really, the only thing we have to fear. I learned that life is what you make it, and nothing more. I learned, if I wasn't already sure, that skiing is the love of my life. I feel so fortunate to have had such a spectacular winter, and while part of me wants to cry, I can't help but smile. To everyone who I shared the unbelievable journey with - a million thank you's. I will treasure every moment of this past ski season, I couldn't forget all the marvelous memories if I tried. They say with every ending a new beginning, I sure hope it's true.
