So the past like 20 times iv smoke weed. i start to over analyse ing  every thing and i dont like it. iv been smoking for about 3 years and this is the first time iv had this happen. will it go away? i break down what people are doing and pick out there personalities. like when someone says something i relate it to a movie or something like if its something nerdy i picture them as a nerd in a movie and its weird. when i say things i think it over about a 1000 time before i say it then after i say it i think about it to much and i think about how people will react and im like paranoid. some one help because i dont drink i onnly smoke and i wanna smoke for as long as possible and i dont wanna stop now. helpp please

same thing happened to me after smoking heavily for about three years. i started having social anxiety issues when smoking and decided it just was not worth it for me anymore. now i really only smoke at the end of a long night of drinking. it's not so bad though.

there was a dude on here a while ago with similar problems, some of the other symptoms he had were:

1. crazy bouncing headache thing
2. hard to breath
3. head falling down
4. dry mouth, white saliva on tounge
5. fucking paranoid
6. very loud and fast heartbeat.
7. limbs shaking almost uncontrolably
8. dizzy
9. forgeting everything
10. inability to think coherently... couldnt finish a sentence.. i just forgot what i was thinking or going to say.
11. paranoia
12. freaking out
13.trying to figure out what it is
14. calm breaths seem too little... lull myself to feeling like im ok but when i breath deep its like ive been holding my breath the whole time.
15. fast breathing makes my head dizzy and boucing headache comes back... heart beat up.
16. big exhale makes everything better for a bit.
17. limbs shaking a lot
18. still forgetting things but trying to write.
19. i feel more creative and shit
20. see sorts of visual things going on with the words on the page
21. more creative?

I wish NS would just create a whole forum devoted to weed (LIke SG, NSG, B/S/T, WEED) that way every time I go to NSG there aren't a billion threads asking if they are freaking out and going to end up retarded from getting high.

dude im sorry this is happening to you.
it happened to me at the end of last summer and it sucks.

i had been smoking a lot for a few years, then last year being away at school we smoke 4+ days a week and it was amazing. but then i went home for the summer, the first time i smoked i became very depressed.  just like you it was because i was over analyzing things and i began to feel really detached from everything. every time after that i either became super depressed right away, or it was great and fun for a little while but then became depressed after, it depended on the situation.  even the days after smoking i felt the same negative was as i did when i was high.  i quit smoking in July.
Since then i have smoked 2 times, both times i only took a couple pulls. one time was after a lot of drinking and nothing bad happened. the second time was in the middle of drinking and i felt a little bit of it, but then later that night i became a complete doosh and was an asshole to my friends, i suspect i was feeling the same thing as in the summer just less aware b/c i was drunk.

hopefully what happened to me doesnt happen to you b/c it SUCKS,  but it sounds like it is happening.

This happens to me when i get super silly dummy baked! Freaked me out at first but now im use to it, almost like a game. The only thing i hate about it is you will be thinking about what your going to say over and over again. Then you finally say it, just to find out you said the same thing 5min ago. Youll be fine. Its weird though, happed to me around my 3rd year as well.
