I know newschoolers is a last resort, but maybe if theres one more set of eyes on casual lookout, we can track it down. My bike was stolen sometime between last night and this morning in downtown, the intersection of 14th and Curtis. It is a blue motobecane messenger, which is beat to hell. Identifying features go as follows. I had a half-link chain with three traditional links on it. the bottom bracket is near seizing, left crank arm loosens itself after two miles of riding, has riser bars with green track grips on them, and a Transition DJ seat with the pbr logo embroidered across it. also has a stray stripe of silver on the left seat stay. the rims have the machined portion colored black, though that is fading. both are bent and out of true. the fork is slightly rusted and painted a sickly green, almost white. most of the hardware is rusted.
if you have a heart, re-post wherever, or let anybody who bikes know so they can keep an eye out.
pm me if you are willing to keep an eye out and want my number or email just in case you see it.
thank you all.
