Take your right hand and grasp your left sleeve at the top of the opening.
In one fluid motion, move your right hand (still grasping the left sleeve) in an clockwise arc over your head.

You just discovered the smoothest, most time efficient way to remove your shirt. EVER.

holy crap, i never knew this. its a bit harder than the normal method especially if you're not wearing a baggy shirt because you gotta make sure the neck hole doesnt catch on its way off, meaning strategic head positioning and a little bit of luck is necessary.

Right hand on left sleeve. Arc over your head to the right. Your hand should simulate the hands of a clock, moving clockwise.

It would be counter-clockwise if you were watching someone do it, depends on perspective

i like my way better...

take left hand and grab bottom of shirt

while pulling up insert elbow into middle part of shirt nd pull up

move everything counterclockwise

bam, you free.

with your way my head gets stuck in the neck hole.

i keep having a problem with getting my left arm out of the shirt.


i prefer to just reach behind my back with both hands. scrunch up a bunch of shirt in my hands and with both arms pull it right over your head and BAM you are free.

When you initiate the arc, raise your left hand to, so that the shirt is easier pulled off.
