Thoughts about First Drop?

So last week I preordered First Drop's purple with yellow accent hoodie and it still hasn't come. Did anyone else have this problem? Did you get yours? Quality? Bonus STICKERS? What are your thoughts on First Drop and would you recommend this company to another skier? Post your thought here.

you PRE ordered last week and you havent gotten it.

Do you know what pre-order means? I know nothing about first drop, but it seems like you are being a tad bit whiny. Just wait. Your shit will come.

ya im not whining. First Drop said that it would be here in less than a week and that i would get a tracking number monday. well i haven't gotten a tracking number.

ok first off, its a pre-order which means that they dont have it in stock and are waiting for them to come to them from the manufacturer. second, i love my first drop outfit, its blue and its huge. it is so warm and i would def recommend it to another skier

because youre kind of calling out first drop after waiting a week for a pre order. anyways i love my first drop. especially the sandwhich pocket that some people seem to hate

^^ as they said you PRE-ORDERED it, it's not going to come until they have them in stock. but... I ordered a hoodie out of the first round to be sent out. Along with my order they threw in a bandanna and stickers not to mention it was all free shipping. Turns out that I ordered the wrong size, David told me just to send it right back to him and that he will be for the shipping one again. When I received my new hoodie it came with ANOTHER free accessory! So overall First Drop seems to be one of the most legit ski company's out there at the moment. Love their products 10/10

whats up with the sandwhich pocket. does it velcro off to the side? is the jacket a half zip? i have only seen pics of the jacket but its crazy to have that pocket there with a zipper.

theres magnets that hold it on the other side. so it holds so it doesnt flap everywhere but its still easy to zip

yea how come the shipping is so much? the most ive paid is $7 but i paid $15 and i hoped that it would ship faster than normal like priority. but i guess since it is a new company we have to cut them some slack. but i would like to see some quicker shipping. so David said that it would be here by now.

you've just gotta be patient. I ordered mine on january 14th and got it on march 13th, and had to send it back today to get a bigger size. the wait takes awhile but its worth it

As most of the other posts have said in here, FD is dope. As soon as they receive the goods from the manufacturer, they will be shipped out to you. They are seriously have the best customer service I have ever dealt with. Everything fits and functions really well and you will get stickers with your order.

One of my friends, who is not overweight in the slightest bit, bent over to buckle his boots, and a six inch hole ripped in the pants. He rode in them for like 15 days total, and treated them well. They said they could replace the pants for $75. He's like 5'8 150, and they weren't abused in any way. That seems pretty absurd.

Originally in November they had some shipping issues because of so many orders, but FD is a first year company so cut them some slack. Awesome customer service, and I got my blue yellow accent hoodie no problem, and they threw in some sick die cuts.

Yea I just got my tracking number yesterday, I was in teh same position as you.  A week ago was not still preorder, they were supposedly in stock and I agree completely with the OP.  I emailed FD and Dave is so legit and helpful.  Best customer service I have ever dealt with.  I don't care if I have to wait an extra week, just as long as I know that it is coming.  I can't wait to get mine.

mine just came, it looks sick and i got a bonus die-cut. I'm 5'8" and got a xxl, its a really tall fit and it goes down to about the top of my knees.

got my 2xl T red and white hoodie today. All I can say it is fucking huge, after having my first hoodie being quite small i thought i would go huge and get the biggest size they had. The 2xl tall drops bout 2 inches below my knees and I am 5'9.

I have the pants, i love them! There super warm, really  like the design and there baggy.  The only problem I think is that the material rips kinda easily, but it can all be fixed easily.   

Over all First drop are sikk!!!
