Bitch hit me, no insurance

if she even had the insurance card.  she never had it but swore to the cop that she left it at home in her other purse, and then gave me the policy number so I could call her insurance company.  I didn't have mine either since I had just gotten the car like 2 months ago and they hadn't sent me the new card yet, just an email with the policy number and such, but it didn't matter for me since I wasn't cited

In that case you should file a complaint against the police department, stupid ass cop just taking her word for it.

Well, he should have put down on the ticket "unable to provide proof of insurance" for when she has to go to traffic court to pay it, then when she goes to pay it, they will take her license.

just got an estimate from the body shop,  about $2800 worth of labor and parts, and over a week and a half depending on how long it takes to get the parts

Did you have the police come?  You know you are supposed to call them if their is more than $500 in damage or someone is injuried.  If you would of done that, they would of charged her with driving without insurance.  The DA would of made her pay restitution to you.

Used to live in La with my family. We had an insane neighbor with a cat. Like huge posts for the cat to climb up and any cat toy ever made she had. i liked to go over and pet the cat cause I'm adorable like that. The cat was like 13 old, long hair turning gray, I was 4 or 5; always really good with animals because I love them so. So we had to watch this cat for her one night while she was away.........pretty weird now that I think about it. But we go along with it. I went to bed, woke up thirsty wanted a glass of water, minding my own business I was walking down the hall and i stepped on something furry, I heard the cat meow and thought i had stepped on its tail. it seemed fine at the moment. Anywho, turns out I broke the cats leg, she took us to judge judy, because she wanted publicity? a 40 some year old women still an aspiring actress wanted to go public. She dyed the cats hair told Judge Judy we were horrible people because we would not fully pay the cats medical bill. That cat was so old prob should have been put down even the judge agreed. Sadness. I won cause I was a cute little girl and my name is brooklynn and judge judy was born in brooklyn.
