Bio is kinda the opposite of cork-- when a spin is corked it is off-axis in a sort of backwards direction, but when a spin is bio(ed?) it is off axis in a forwards direction. So if you want to throw a bio 5, you would throw your spin a little forwards instead of backwards (as you would for a corked spin).
