I enjoy some nice urban set up park rails. They give the rail more challenge and are very fun to hit. However, I have noticed that some resorts this year have overdone it on the urban set ups. They are cool and all, but I still like traditional style rails/boxes. For example, I went to Park city and Brighton on a utah ski trip a few weeks ago. At park city, every single long rail was urban set up, which I don't mind hitting, but I like doing tricks on normal rails better. At Brighton there was not one 1 flat rail or flat box with a normal lip. Every single feature was urban. Sure I had fun hitting all of them. But I wanted normal rails too. Even in Michigan this trend is starting. I think I have illustrated my point. So Newschoolers what do you think? Have resorts overdone it on urban rails this year?
thanks
