NS, Pokemon Platinum, or Blue?

I'm faced with a tough dilemma so I have come to Newschoolers.com to solve it.

I have played Pokemon blue once, never played Platinum.

Which should I get, Pokemon Platinum or Pokemon Blue?

dude if you have a game boy advance (you could probably get one for like $20 or something) get either fire red or leaf green, trust me dude...as a pokemon playing enthusiast, it's the same thing as blue and red, but 10x better and newer

then also after you beat the normal game, there's like a special new game at the end with new pokemon in it, but the new pokemon aren't in the normal game, so you know it's sick

Can you still do the rare cnady/ master ball trick by finding this guy? I would imagine not.... IMO thats reason enough to get the original

In japan you originally had Red & Green and then they made an updated version: blue.
And they for some reason couldn't translate red & green in English but they could do so with the upgraded blue an then they decided to remake red from blue's code.

So yes there was a green but only in Japan. I used to have green when I was like 5-6.

platinum hands down.
blue is a classic, but why not just download the rom and play it for free. sure you can do the same with platinum, but its less popular.

platinum is long, and with wifi its sick.

I multiplied Like fucking everything. Like Masterballs(To catch anything), Rare Candies(To fucking raise my pokemon to rape), All the Stat raisers(To Fucking raise the stats of my pokemon), And then like the Full Restore/Max Ellixer/Max Revive Shit(To heal them). Now my Gameboy is collecting dust again.

No you're wrong and ill informed. If you actually played any of the new pokemon games you would see why the new ones are bad ass and the new games are only improvements on the great originals.
Get blue for nostalgia, but platinum for a longer and possibly funner game.

I decided to go with Yellow!

A remake of blue and red, but with a couple added extras, still 151 pokemon, still missingno glitch, and pikachu fucking follows you around. Badass.

Pretty much every pokemon game is boss except for the gay ass Mystery Team Dungeon or whatever the hell they named it.

The only bad thing about the newer games is you wonder what happened to pikachu and friends but you can play wifi so thats a plus.

On a positive note, I've played yellow so much my mom is wondering if I have autisum. Haha!

Those games are actually pretty fun, but not as much fun or replayable as the regular games. It helps that the battle system is pretty similar to tag battles, it just adds the strategy of position and stuff since the whole game is like graphed out or whatever.

That stupid game clock kills the battery on it. I don't know where my gold and silver are. I had almost a full pokedex on silver and this asshole deleted my game when I let him borrow it.
