the default one when it u click on export to avi
i thinkkkk its like ___ jpeg. i dont have the program on this computer, but ya i kno the name involves jpeg

I'm having trouble with this too except with stream clip I converted the footage to .mov, tried to render and it just wouldnt do it, I'm using Final Cut express. Any help/tips?

trying converting it with your compression type in Apple Intermediate Codec. It works with FCE without having to render it every time
