Anyone know some underground or upcoming bands you like to share with the rest of us?

Eris. You can download some of their songs from erisrock.com. They're working on getting their first album out. Hopefully that'll be soon because I need new CDs.
There's a Vancouver band called Ethers Void that I've seen a few times. If you have an MP3 account, you can listen to them. http://artists.mp3s.com/artists/99/ethers_void.html
I think they're great. I dunno. Maybe I think they're so great because they're local.

Rufio is already pretty big, and they are just cookie cutter pop-punk so they will keep getting bigger with the trends (refering to the post above).
I would say that the Mephiskapheles have a very good possibility of getting pretty big. It all kinda depends on how popular ska remains (no not punk/ska).

Depends on what you mean up and coming...there are a ton of up and coming bands from the indie and emo scenes. Every major label is attempting to sign as many of these bands as they can, some are not even that good but still are being courted by major labels with big money. Thrice, Thursday, Dashboard Confessional, Howie Day, John Mayer, White Stripes...are all starting to become very popular. Personally I dislike much of this i hate the girl who dumped me whiney crap but it is starting to sell to fat unattractive boys and girls all over the world.
