be careful about going out in the BC right now. The avy danger is off the charts. All this new snow is building up on top of a very weak layer. Just be smart!
I won't be heading to Grizzly anytime soon, but from the hint I think I may know where it might be.
It's not at Chad's, there isn't a good view of Alta right there. It says "through a corridor of trees, take the high road". To me it sounds like you follow the main cat track, on the South side. As you hit the first corner (right where you can see Chad's) it takes you through thick trees. You can't see Chad's or Pyramid anymore. After you get past the trees, the big flat open space is right in front of you. From there you can take the "high road" by following the skin track to the right (south) that take you to the top of the ridge. From there you have an awesome view of Alta.
According to the hint, I can envision this being where it is. But... who knows?
