Tips for pulling an all nighter

So skiing, partying, and newschoolers has drastically taken away my gradual study time. Meaning it is time to CRAM.

does anyone have any tips on staying awake and studying hard?

I am thinking 2 red bulls, tons of apples and a pot of coffee.

I also posted in this thread a year ago but

I now also do crackers cheese, orange juice and coffee

You're immune system drops when you are extremely tired and will give you a higher chance of getting sick so OJ= Vitamin C

You will also be peeing a bunch if you are drinking coffee so you will need salt back in your system=cracker

Cheese is high in fat and will give you energy

and coffee is well coffee

It's proven that you're better off studying as much as you can then sleeping on it. Staying up the night before an exam will only lead to a shitty grade.

Doing an all nighter needs just a few things.

Nice coffee.
A nice snack - nothing to crazy i like Pistachios personally dont munch down on chicken wings thats just daft.

BUT biggest tip I can give you is get up and walk around every now and again and it maysound odd but do some stretching every now and again stops you getting all stiff and tired works a treat.

And im in my final year of college and writing essays and studying tons so im averaging around 4-5 hours of sleep a night currently, so im currently living by these rules.

wow I'm getting good at this shit. Not even tired in the slightest and I have not had a coffee yet (it's brewing!)

15 page paper and 50+ graphs. No Big Deal. I should have started later.

Adderall, productive music (Dubstep for me), and sit straight up. If that doesnt do the trick, there is always METHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH or CRACCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKKKK
