what is the deal with mac and there college hook ups are they still giving out a ipod touch and a printer for every mac book bought?

You get 10% off, plus 100 dollars credit for a printer, plus an 8 gig touch or equivalent $ for an ipod etc...


I am not sure if its still running, they usually do that at the end of the summer when kids are heading back to school, i'd give them a call.

im only responding because i have a few minutes..


why did you find it necessary to post this when you could have easily found out at apple.com if there were any promotions.. like NS is gonna have an inside scoop ahead of macrumors or even apple.com? really?

As stated the education price drop is year round, as of now I'm pretty sure you get only a printer.

The Ipod deal ended near September or so, at leas that's when I bought my mbp and got the free Ipod.

Call them you might get lucky or visit a store to see what hookups you could get. (Try to find a chill store employee tho, they usually give you a little extra).

Apple.com helps too lol.
