nice post! that vid is sick, it combines my two favorite sports into one epic one. there are a bunch of other sick vids on youtube, like this guy who drops some pretty big cliffs in his kayak.

Yeah, I remember that.  I also remember seeing footage of someone dropping into Corbets at Jackson in a Kayak.  That was frickin nuts and it didn't go well.

Hardpack would be brutal.  I think it would be 1 step above sledding on a cafeteria tray.  Unless you figured out a way to attach metal edges, you'd have no way of avoiding anything.

ok not gonna lie. ive done this in my backyard. needless to say. i was completely at the mercy of my hill. (no control at all) of course i didnt have feet of pow either.
