Can't upload Icon

I cannot add a new icon.  I can't even upload ones that I have used before so it's not just the new one I want to use.

What's the problem?

sometimes this just happens, i just waited a few days and it worked, or try again and again and again and again and again and again and again

WTF?

The icon changed randomly to the one I wanted, and it stayed like that.

...

Until I went into this thread to exclaim my success.

It seriously changed back.

haha nice if it happens again for a different icon sometimes your icon might be a couple pixels off or might not be perfectly square or shit like that. but it looks like your good now

The icon I am trying to use *does* work, but it dosen't want to work.

i came here to make this exact thread.

why wont my icon work? at first it changed, but didnt change on my screen. only on my friends. then it didnt change for a few days after i tried to set it. what is this..
