Facebook video halp plz!

OK, so, I am trying to upload a video that i made to my face book account.  I used a song in it and facebook will not let me upload it because of copyright stuff.  Am I shit outta luck or is there a way around this?  thanks in advanced and good answers get Karmaz.

with youtube if you put a disclaimer it works, but with the big FB i think ur poop out of luck (my mom wont fucking let me say shit)

ok....will Vimeo do the same? (never used it before) and can you host stuff remotely on FB?
