they're no excuses that a teacher will actually accept. as a student it's your job to do what you're assigned no matter what happens. unless its a death in your family or other matters like that

homework ones don't work regardless if they're legitimate or not. but for essays all you gotta do is send it to your email as a .rtf and when you print it out at school it comes out in all symbols and stuff, and if your teacher doesn't know anything about computers, then he/she will usually give you another day to bring it in. works for me.

or just do it.  chances are youre in high school, so it will take about 10 minutes and it will be really easy.  if youre in college, do the homework, you might actually learn something.

if its something that has to be done on the computer tell them your internet wasn't working or hooked up or you don't currently have a printer because it broke or something. works every time for me. well i have a shitty computer so a lot of the time it is legit, but it works regardless

straight up in the teachers face: i am sorry, but i forgot to do it.

we had a teacher who occassionally spent half of the classes to find out if someones homework excuse was wrong. once a guy said that he "forgot" his booklet at home and the teacher went to get his jackets and keys like "no problem, we drive to your place so we can pick it up"...

the other guy just started to cry (it was like 6-7 grade or so), "this isnt necessary, i really forgot it,blablabla"... and the teacher was just standing there and said "is there something you want to tell me??" and everything was over... like 5 minutes later the class was over.

long story short, some teachers just like if someone stands up and says that he didnt do it and awaits/accepts the consequences. because a broken printer/laptop or something like that is bullshit in 98% of the cases.

This. But try just...doing it..It's a lot easier to get your shit done when It's assigned rather than having to deal with getting in trouble by not doing it. Especially If It's a 5 page paper that is due tomorrow that I have yet to start.

right, i mean unless you dont care at all about school (which is kinda dumb anyway), you have to do it. normally if you dont have it you have to hand it in aftwerwards, so somehow, just do it. NIKE.

Tell them that you had a family emergency. When they ask for documentation, tell them that you don't know what give because your brother just came out of the closet in your very religious family and that you were busy dealing with this issue. Other than that, just say you had explosive diahrea, it's so awkward they probably won't question it.
