what is the best/cheapest material for summer skiing? like astro turf, dendix, carpet etc.

Just use turf with soap. Best all-around material.

astro turf. You can get a good amount at lowes for 30 bucks.

i like a mix between turf and lattice, white plastic lattice for speed and turf for edge.

snow flex is the best, but may not be cheap. its worth it, they use it on parks around the globe. Alls it takes is some water, and your shredding when its hottt!
