Ha i work there. Most amazing sub I have made when the supervisor wasn't looking:

Italian herb 'n cheese
Double chicken strips with melted white cheddar
fuck you toaster
lettuce
onions
pickles
southwest chipotle (lol, had on guy ask for it but he said "Chip- pot- ell")
lots of salt and pepper

footlong italian on herbs and cheese bread
american cheese
lettuce
tomato
banana peppers
salt and pepper
parmesan cheese
a little honey mustard

and the KEY to a great sub at subway: have it toasted for half the normal time. it will come out warm and toasty and not crispy/charred
