Yep, you will either get suspended or expelled depending on if this is ur first drug/alcohol offense and your schools policy. As far as the ticket goes, you'll get 1 for possession of tobacco and 1 for possession of marijuana, Usually you'll have to go through a referral program so it does'nt go on your record, and do some community service and some drug/alcohol classes.

well im not sure a friend of mine got caught with a bowl and only got suspended for a month or so. btu you could get fucked. as for the dip. THAT SHITS FUCKING. WHY DONT YOU JUST GO BUY YOURSELF A METAL REPLACEMENT JAW NOW?

but i would have got expelled if i said i was giving it to him, so i said it was mine and only have a 10 day suspension

before this year when we got a new liason officer, anyone who got caught with weed "got a ticket". but somehow that ticket never made it through the system, and no one ever got charged. happened to me twice. this year i dunno. ive been a little bit smarter about bringing illegal substances/devices into school. hell i dont even smoke til after school now and because of it i have a 3.8, you should do the same. as for chew, $25 tobacco ticket at the most, if its your first offense.

your probably going to court for the budz. sry dudee.

you'll probably just get suspension or in-house suspension or something. unless the school presses charges against you then you have to deal with whatever the school punishment is plus the laws punishment. i got caught drunk in school once but they didnt find the container so i got 5 days suspension instead of 10 and they decided not to press any charges because i didnt harm anyone else or any school property. that was in 2003 though, so things could have changed since then.

dip is legal, so theres no issue with that.

but the weed, well it depends where you live. here in vancouver, you would get suspended for a couple days to a week and put on the bad kids list.  but you could worse punishment in the US

at my school all tobbacco products are banned, so if you're caught with dip you'll get a suspension. But no legal action is taken usually.

Way to go ace! It sounds like you werent pushin or nothin, so probly had under an ounce. It kinda depends on the state, and the judge you get, but You'll probably just have to go to a drug and alcohol class. Probly saturday mornings hella early for about four weeks. Youll get a misdemeaner which will be dropped after you go through the class. Yea ive been through it, but i wasnt idiotic enough to have that shit on campus. good luck

chances are you will get a fine and maybe some community service. with the fine it may work out that you will also have to make a charitable donation to a non profit org. dont sweat it. chances are they will not charge you for drug possession on school grounds. if they do, your fucked. what are the charges they gave you? they must have charged you with somthing if you got a court date. what were the specific charges?
