Henrik Harlaut riding Armada El Rey's?

Okay, so this guy just posted a pic of Henrik Harlaut and he is using Armada El Rey's. Just wondering if this is Henrik? Or if he just decided to use them one day?
I searchbarred and there is nothing.
Don't flame me I'm just wondering if it is Henrik because it is a sick shot.

I remember this was in one of the news articles on NZ and at the bottom henrik posted saying he was only borrowing these el reys off his brother - I think

Well, it's one of the Jiberish he wears, Empire Gloves, REALLY tall sweatshirt, black pants, Scott Poles...looks like Henrik to me, but it doesn't necessarily mean he's on Armada now - he might just be trying some out or he needed new skis cause his nines broke (he's in NZ so he might not be able to get nines there), This was over the summer (again, he's in NZ) so we would have heard something by now.


It would be SICK to see Henrik on Armada, I think it'd be really good for him.

Just because a pro isnt rocking there sponsered ski doesnt mean there still skiing for them. 99.9% of the time its because theres skis are broken or because there borrowing a pair

Didn't his skis not make it to NZ this summer? Chances are that he either broke his skis, or lost them on a plane, and couldn't find a place to get Ninthward since they're not exactly the easiest skis to find, and borrowed those ones from a friend who rides on Armadas. (since they're last years skis theres no need for alarm, and to sell your Ninthwards to buy Armadas.)

Yeah, like People^ said above he's in NZ in that picture and he didn't have his 9's with him. They are his brothers. Anyone saying other things is wrong, Henrik said so himself in the comment section when the article came out with that picture in it.

henrik of at least henriks dad is part owner of ninthward, so i dont think he will ever switch to armada...
i think that 9th is way more legit then armada... but thats my opinion

You're ignorant if you think 9thward, businesswise, is more legit than Armada. Look at the scandals and quality issues/warranty issues. Pretty clear to me.

but that's just my opinion, and to be honest none of this really matters at all. If your skis broke you'd borrow your friend's skis. If you're sponsored you really aren't supposed to have any media with another company's skis showing, but sometimes you slip up.

i dont have a link but there is a video with the founder/owner of 9th going over this years quiver and in the video he says that henrik is now part owner of 9th.

exactly. testimonials are a great way to instill confidence in a product to consumers, and doubly so for a "famous" person's testimonial. famous often means someone who is a big deal nationwide like regis philbin or ted nugent, but in niche industries they generally turn to the most recognizable figures in the industry to give the testimonials to the consumers targeted by the product. what better testimonial than to actually use the product?

sponsorships with athletes in the field a product is intended for have repeatedly and consistantly shown value in revenue increase as long as the rider is a good fit for the company and the marketing campaigns they put together around them.

if it wasn't financially beneficial for a company to sponsor a rider, or for any company to use anyone as a spokesperson, why would any company do it?
