squats, wall sits, calf raises, leg extension, lunges, running, stairs, and a ton of core exercises (lower back, obliques, abs, good-mornings, and I don't know what its called, but you get the 2ft box and just jump onto it springing off both feet simultaneously over and over. agility workouts also help. And STRETCH REGULARLY!!!!!
