Sports like that dont go far for a reason, you can only progress so far until your doing the same shit on different days.

Skiing and snowboarding are nice because you can end a day with "i just learned this new trick".
With hangboarding, your comment at the end of the day will be "i have a crazy neck cramp, and i was stuck on groomers while all my friends were skiing trees". Seriously, you would be like a snow submarine skiing sweet pow on that thing, only so long until you crash into a tree head first.
