Read this article, this is complete and utter bull-shit. Now correct me if im wrong but last time I checked a public school was a public institution, so why doesnt the public school use a system, like our judicial system in cases like this. This policy completely contradicts our judicial system and is complete bull-shit, kids should have the right to have a testamony against situtations like this. As an eagle-scout myself I am fairly pissed off at how our system on suspending kids is set-up in our public schools.

haha i used to have a whole bunch of hunting knifes in my truck at school, everyday of school i had them in there. In plane view. It was a 6 inch blade and a 3 inch blade.

Glad i didnt get caught, didnt know you couldnt have them in your car.

lawl, so when you apply for a job, and a dude who's an eagle scout gets it over you because you didnt do shit with your life, you'll cry and think to yourself "oh hey, maybe it wasn't that gay."  but honestly you'll probably die an early death anyway so I guess it won't be a problem, keep on hating, hater, you won't be hating when you go nowhere in life.

A kkid at my school had a small tackle box in his backpack and they suspended him for 5 days because of the little hooks inside and a tiny knife. This kid had probably never been in trouble in his life and now he got suspended? bullshit, Americas Fucked

Pretty sure schools had zero tolerance policies before all the school shootings... didn't really help anything.  If you're dumb enough to get caught then you probably wouldn't have done any harm to begin with.

Represent for Eagle Scouts.  And this whole story is bullshit, pisses me off so bad.  This kind of bullshit (among the massive heap that is consuming America) is why I will be moving to a third or second world country where I can buy a 20,000 square foot house for next to nothing and the government is A. indifferent, or B. too busy running a drug trade to give a shit what some white guy does in some remote part of their country which happens to have access to mountains and a sick point break.  Stick it to big government!!!
