I'm not trying to pick a fight or anything here I just want to stir up some discussion... but would vision even work in the forth dimension? let alone any sense?

I think it would have to be perceived some other way (perhaps with some sort of infinitely large database of sensual perceptions depicting every possible moment in time...)

no, you're right. it's a totally fictional story, but it sort of makes you think.

it's described really well in slaughter-house five and has some good comparisons to our third-dimensional sight.

thanks for the interesting video.

an understanding of both higher and lower dimensions is super interesting.. it's too difficult to explain in a NS post but i highly recommend looking into it. i got interested in this stuff a few years back and its come into use a lot at uni, helping to visualize results of multi-variable models in math and engineering subjects.
