I disagree TP199 is the fucking man, He kicks ass at whatever he does and has been doing this long before MTV was following him. Thats what the producers want so thats what they all give the cameras.

you cant really invoke mcconkey here considering erik roner is ON nitro circus and used to ski with mcconkey and was there when he died...

if mcconkey were still alive id say there's a pretty good chance he would've eventually been on that show

The people, like McConkey, who participate in activities like base jumping are acutely aware of how dangerous the activities are.  I have seen lots of clips, McConkey included, when they verbalize their fears.   Yes if fucking gay to hear a bunch of punks shoot their mouth about how rad they are, and most people who boast about the dangers of "extreme" sports are fucking weekend worrior couch potatos, but you have to give some cred to Nitro circus. some of that shit if fuckin crazy.

how is hitting the side of the grand canon, jumping out of a plane without a parachute, backflipping a monster truck, double base jumping and pulling 30 feet before the ground, jumping 50 meters from one 50 meter building to another and doing it all with broken ankles and wrists not deadly, and therefore drama ridden.
