anyone play Diablo Diablo 2 or Diablo 2:LOD ?

games are CLASSICS... i quit smoking the other day so i plan on playing them in order as an anti drug lol

gonna play Diablo then the hellfire expansion, then move on to the others, as i patiently await DIABLO 3

3x experience from quests and monsters as long as the characters are within like a level or two and in the same spot...only goes up to 60 though which is lame

I feel like I was a crack addict for two years of my life, somehow managed to get clean, and after a while I finally went back to visit my old crack buddies and they're like "Just one rock dude. It won't hurt you. Ain't no thang".

I appreciate the offer, but as much as I enjoyed that game sometimes, I can't do that any more. I barely have enough time as it is... I'm struggling in classes, I'm losing touch with some of my friends, I work, I have a backlog of "longterm" things I need to get done several months old... I can't add WoW into the mix. My girlfriend sure as hell wouldn't appreciate it haha.

As for the mod, you do need original D2, but you can torrent that easily. The mod doesn't support BNET, but my friend runs a VPN you can connect to, so its like playing a LAN game, except over the internet.

Oh word I might have to try that out than and yah I am on temporary wow leave because of upcoming tests and what not and my account got hacked and game time expired.

WoW destroys any semblance of self control. Hell, I don't have any self control when it comes to fucking Bubble Spinner (http://www.deadwhale.com/play.php?game=774), WoW ruined my life.

I tend to agree...when I start playing again in the summer I leveled from 70-80 in about 2 weeks with work...I played roughly 10hrs a day for a week straight...shit was nuts but I really wanted to hit 80...and I leveled my hunter from 0-80 in under 6 days played without recruit a friend or heriloom peices. But I hate leveling so i try to get it done as fast as possible.

But at 80 I usually just sit on WoW until a Pug comes up but some hardcore guilds on my server raid like 5 hours a day 4 days a week...I could not do that with school and social things.

i had a lvl 99 barbarian and assassin with a bunch of crazy shit.. i havent played that for so long tho i think i might have to start again

but when diablo 3 comes out im probably not gonna do anything for like a fucking month

2. My brother used to actually sell diablo 2 shit for "forum gold" and would bet with it on basketball and stuff he was crazy addicted to it and my mom thought about getting him consueling...but he has quit and took up other more illegal activities instead
3. I dunno if I am more stoked for d3 or cataclysm but Icecrown citadel is open for beta testing on PTR today..woo only 1st boss though

I've been TRULY addicted to two things in my life: Cigarettes and WoW. I've quit both. Cigarettes were definitely harder, but not by much....

I was just fucking around with THE GAME (haha more ppl are gonna hate)

But yeah I kind of understand what you mean. I was vicious with WoW, but when it wasn't enough to create new maps and play it all over again (I didnt have internet then), I switched to Starcraft, and then when same thing happened I became a fan of UT...

mmm..so much game talk makes wanna PLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY..off I go.
