So.... this story might a little hard to follow but I'll try and keep it short and simple:
I broke my pair of BentChetlers last season and got them warranatied through Atomic, BUT they could not ship the skis, since they are '09 - '10 skis, until a couple of days ago. I called Atomic to change the shipping address yesterday, and I found out they are being shipped to the Jibij Pro Shop in Boulder, where I bought them online.
Needless to say I live in Utah, SLC and don't want to drive to Boulder, even as much as I love my Bents. I called them but the number was disconnected, no surprise, and I sent them an E-mail but I'm not expected a response. When I talked to the Atomic customer support they kinda just told me it was my problem now since the skis have shipped.
So my questions:
-Jibij is no longer in business correct?
-What the hell should I do any suggestions?
I have some friends at CU who might be able to ship them to me but I have no idea where the skis are being shipped in Boulder other than an closed store.
