+KK to anyone who helps.

so tonight is my last night drinking, which is prolly the reason im making this thread cuz im wasted. My girlfriend does not like me to drink because she wants me to take care of her at parties and shit, and she doesnt think i can do that if im drunk. Ok. So I've told her i quit before but that never went through cuz i was just lying; thats the tricky part. So this time im 100% set on quitting and am seriously gunna do it. Idk if there are any ways taht i can communicate this to her to make her truly believe me, but if ns has any help please contribute.

ya i havn't drank in a week and a half but thats only cuz im sick right now haha, when i can't drink and i still want to party i just get super hyped up on 5 hour energy and redbulls, not a substitute for alc but it keeps you an active member of the party at least.

First off i have to agree with drew.

but all I have to say is do it because you want to.  Don't stop drinking just because of a girl or anybody else for that matter  It won't make a difference untill you want to do it for yourself.  i hope it all works out for you

if she fell for you when you drank, you shouldn't change for her, i know its hard cause i went through it and i went a year sober for a girl, its not worth it man, there are plenty of girls out there, you just have to do what you want, if you wanna drink, drink, i mean there is no point in changing for a girl so you have to take care of her when she's drunk.

Heres an IDEA. Drink in moderation. Throughout the years i have learned that i like alcohol best like the first 3 beers. Loosens things up but your still in total control and can have a great time. Take out all HARD A as well. Hard A is for the youth the black out on and for our elders to sip on. Its not a postive in a party environment. Drinking is a great way to relax and have fun if you can be responsible with it.
