Are all full tilts the same?

Im looking into getting new boots. At the moment I ski in PA where there is only park skiing. Next year Im hoping to move out west but it is not definite. The ft booters are affordable for me, but Im wondering, if I upgrade later to a stiffer tongue, will the boots perform as well as the all mountain boots made by full tilt. I looked in the search bar but couldnt find what I wanted. What are the differences in full tilt boots other than the tongue and colors?

i ski PA also. i would look at getting nothing stiffer than a #6 tongue. I would actually recommend the #6. it is super stick for park, not really really that stiff at all, but still stable.

Tongue, liner and buckles change between models and some of the new ones are wider in the toebox - check their site.

Tongue, Liner, The way the buckles are anchored, cable covers, Boot board (active vs ridged), some weight differences. The booters are sick, I have them, but I'm looking at either getting the hot doggers or simply upgrading my tongue and liner - depends on the condition of the shell by the end of the year. It's all about how they fit and flex, a lot of the components in the boot are replaceable and customizable, including the forward lean. Check their website for comparisons.

truth, the Hot Doggers are very much worth the extra cash. I tried the 2010s out one day and they are amazing.

just a small correction, a full tilt rep told me the 2mm wider on some models this year is actually just a thinner liner in the toe area. seems kinda silly but maybe 2mm will help people with wider feet?

I've heard different things from different people. The thinner liner/roomier fit in some models was the same last year but the new ones actually listi "wide toebox" as a feature for some.

yea and i asked about that this year, and its just the liner, the shells havent changed. personally i wish they would, and have one or two models with a last of 103-105ish, that would also help draw in business from some potential SPK owners because of having wider feet...

it would be sweet if they did this.
