To whom it may concern,I am a student living and skiing in beautiful Colorado. This state has been my home for 15 years, so I feel it is my responsibility to write to you when your ways of promoting Colorado are called into question. To be more specific, I am writing to voice my deep concern about Warren Miller Entertainment, a company whom you actively sponsor and endorse. WME recently filed a frivolous lawsuit against Josh Berman and Level 1 Productions. This lawsuit, if carried out, would damage a film company which is arguably the most groundbreaking and creative in the freeskiing industry. Like countless others who ski and snowboard across the nation, it saddens and angers me that a huge multinational like BME would stoop so low. The responsible thing for Colorado Tourism to do at this point is end your support for BME. I would urge you to take these steps, not only to preserve the creative vision of Level 1 Productions, but to promote Colorado in the best light possible. Please write back with your position on this issue, so that I can decide whether I will support you in the future or not. Respectfully,A Coloradoan.

I can't wait to start reading responses from these companies. Everyone keep emailing. Especially if you are not from North America. I'm in the UK and if people realise that this case is gaining international awareness then they can't ignore what we are saying.

     It has come to my attention that you are a sponsor of the film company Warren Miller Entertainment. As I’m sure that you know, WME has recently filled a frivolous and completely ridiculous lawsuit against a fellow film company, Level 1 Productions. The ski industry is a very close community, but lawsuits such as this threaten to destroy it and all the hard work that various companies, you included, have put into it. This lawsuit has not only represents Colorado in a terrible way, but has caused many previous supporters of WME to boycott their product, as well as yours. I am one of these people, and I will do everything in my power to get my friends and family to do the same. Our hope is that enough people will join our cause against the unjust treatment of Level 1 Productions and boycott WME. This will hopefully result serious loss of funds and hopefully even bankruptcy. I encourage you to do everything in your power to save your name and the Colorado Tourism Company from being defaced by this absurd lawsuit by pulling funding to Warren Miller Entertainment.

Done, I think that while we should definitely target the smaller companies, we should not ignore the bigger companies, because the bigger companies still pay more funding, and with numbers we wont be ignored.

Dont forget to hit Level 1 sponsors too.

code of ethics. We are banding together to show our common disgust at
frivolous law suits brought against good people by unscrupulous

 I have recently read of the current legal action taken by Warren
Miller Entertainment against Level 1 Productions. In my mind I find this
legal  action to be the height of idiocy and will henceforth boycott the
Warren Miller Entertainment brand and all of it's branded sponsors. I have
been an avid fan of Warren Miller films for 25 years but will no longer 
purchase them or attend any premieres. Although this does make me sad,
I cannot in good conscience support this frivolous action which can only

I'm writing this due to the fact that Warren Miller Entertainment (A company that you sponser) has launched a malicious attack against Level 1 productions. This is A huge step down in the incredible sport that is skiing. My plan of action is to effectively boycott all sponsers of WME including you. I will be letting friends and family know of this and the you're the only one that can stop it. Unless you want to see decline in sales across the whole ski community, i suggest you cut your sponsership with WME immediately.

If WME doesn't drop the case entirely, they will most likely win royalties on the fair value of Miller's voice within REFRESH. This means that for every copy of REFRESH that is purchased, WME will be sent a royalty check. Maybe its best to support Level 1 but hold off on purchasing the movie...

ya true that all sponsorships for any sport are based on customer base profits, if there customer base is boycotting their product they will pull believe me.
