My mom, who defends him to the death (that he isn't abusive/alcoholic/an asshole) would only accuse me of buying it to frame him, so telling her would do nothing.
I could confront him directly, but mingling in his trade could result in violence (I know he deals other opiates).
I could take photo evidence, keep it until I turn 16, and use it against him in a court, get emancipation and move in with my grandmother/uncle.

To add to this, I checked his history, and a few days ago he was reading all sorts of shit about FBI Clandestinely produced fentanyl from mexico, in the form of a Duregesic Transdermal patch, the most common form bought and sold illicitly, reinforcing my assumption that it was purchased illegitimately.
