yo bro.i respect the no poles thing.,.but you have to do something about your hands and arms.. way too flaily.. its not just that it looks bad, but it actually demonstrates that your balance is off.. poles might actually help you there, and you can drop them when you've got the balance down...if you aren't using them because you don't want to hurt yourself, i understand that, but maybe try some shorties..
