Tobacco free dip

I started chewing over the summer,and i kinda regrett it to be honest because its horrible for yoru mouth and gums and is addicting. My friend recommended  i try tabacco free dip  to help me quit and i would love to try because the main reason i dip is becuase it gives me something to do.

Anyone know of any good brands? or have tried before?

He told me of one brand but i cant find it, i think its called bac something, bac off? im not quite sure but i know you can get a case of 12 tins for $25

Well, you said you chewed because you had nothing to do.  Just try finding more stuff to do.  Hang out with friends, exercise, anything, there is always something to do.  If that doesn't work then I guess you could try that tobacco free stuff.

Chew gum as otheres have said, the only reason I diped over the summer was to keep my mouth from drying out at work, chewing gum keeps the saliva flowing. I Dont understand the point of dipping really, its not like you get a buzz from it anyways. Now I want a dip, fuck.

i dont know but i usually get a pretty heavy buzz when i dip, but this could be because i dont have to high of a tolerance and am usually drunk.

I don't dip (which is amazing because I've played baseball all my life), but I have a friend who used to do it a lot and is trying to quit now. He just bought a lot of the stuff you're talking about to help. According to him, it tastes awful, worse than having nothing in his mouth.

I can ask him what he uses if you really want, but if you want to avoid spending a bunch of money on something that might not help, I would try gum or something first.

Just my 2 cents.

i dip on occassion, like in the movie theater, or at a game or something, and obviously when i played baseball, but i didnt find it addicting, i can have 1 tin last me over a month, and by that time the pouches r usually dried out, yea i dont do longcut anymore, its worse for u than pouches, just try sun flower seeds, if u can find jim bean sunflower seeds they r bombbbasss

if you pack a fat lip and dont dip too often you will get a strong buzz. but its not worth it, dip does taste and smell terrible to other people and girls straight up hate it, along with the fact that dipping is terrrible for your mouth. just pop a quad of boomers and you'll forget all about dip haha

lol no thats not what i ment, i am hanging out with my freids, i exercise, play football everyday, play lacrosse. Like its just when someone has it and offers and were walking around it gives me something to do with my mouth.

and yea i love chewing sunflower seeds.

i tried dip a few times but my bottom teeth a crooked and it gets caught in my teeth everytime.  i know the make one with mint leaves and there is always that buffalo bill beef jerky that comes in a tin.

if you just started this summer then keep it up for a bit.
ive been dipping 5 years straight almost every day and its not that i regret it, because i like that satisfying feeling of putting a dip in, but it defianlty has it drawbacks.
ive woken up in the morning with bloody lips and sore gums, bad breath, and other nasty shit. after that happens you have to quit for a while before you get back into it.

i no many girls who dip and also many that dont but they really dont care if guys do it. my ex didnt care either, i would even kiss her with a dip in and it really didnt bother her. girls straight up dont care because its apart of what guys do. i mean if girls smoke cigs, drunk or not, then they dont have a problem with dip

Where im from people chew constantly, while they drive, while they work, in class, while skiing, everywhere. Its kind of redneck IMO.

I had a friend that tried to quit becuase his gf wouldnt kiss him unless he brushed his teeth. He tried to tobbaco free stuff and ended up compromising with her to chew pouches.

Honestly Id seeds are the best becuase you split and spit. But a few pieces of nicortte would be a good idea too.

this just proves that at least half of newschoolers are pussies...go hug a tree bitches..there are a lot of things worse than dip..

if you are really hooked on dip bro, try buying nicorrete gum..mint flavor is good. It has no tobacco, and no carcinogens (nicotine is not a known carcinogen though it does have other bad effects) . It does have nicotine so it will give you a buzz, but its made to help you quit smoking, and i imagine it would help with dip too. either way its better for your body than dipping, and definitely better for girls/and your hygiene/mouth health..

downside is that a pack of nicorette is like 40 bucks..but its well worth it..just get the 4 mg and chew it slow.
