I always get last years stuff at the ski show. Its cheap effective and you can weed out the stupid looking fads before buying.

yeah been thinking bout both of those......... those are probably my top two choices. and a few posts up, i refuse to get saga because of how popular they are

My top pics for this year in no particular order, taking style, durability, waterproofing and breathability are:
Oakley Alps Jacket + Pant
Orage Garth jacket and Geronimo Pant
Armada: Galactic Jacket and Plasma pant
Trew Gear: Cosmic Jacket and Trewth bib.

yes all of those are on the more expensive side of free ride clothing. But you get what you pay for. all of those are gonna keep you dry when skiing in rain on slush, they won't rip a ton and provide you with a good look as well.
