Wow, this thread is amusing. On one side we have angry kids who are worked up over $10 and e-mails not returned on the WEEKEND (seriously, they are a small ski company, not a credit card company with dozens of people sitting around on a weekend by a computer just to answer e-mails) and then the other side contains angry folks defending the company in a self-righteous way.
To all involved - relax, it will get resolved. They made a mistake. If you didn't get to see it, you either will or they will refund you. It happens. They aren't some company out to scam a bunch of kids and make like $5000 or something lame like that. No one risks reputation over a few bucks. If they did this repeatedly you might have something to be upset about, but I am sure it was a technology glitch.
