I got the walls, just snaped both of them last weekend. Only skied on them about 15 days all up. Only pair of skis ive ever snaped.

i spy a salomon undercover rep who's spreading falsities to promote their breakable suspects.  minor problem- I actually did snap ONE of my volkl karmas, but I still believe they have some of the best quality control in the industry.  clever germans

i have last years walls and they are solid, volkl has only made each ski more durable and versatile as each year progresses and each skier gives their input, no question dont think about salomon again. go volkl.

just saying i got the 08/09 walls in april of 08 after ripping the bindings out of one ski twice and the other once on the 07/08 pair...the 08/09 pair had one ski totally lose an edge, and have some cracks, since i was out of warranty i couldn't get a new pair, but the warranty guy sent me a single ski with no charge...i thought it was a good deal, so going with walls again for 09/10...does that fill qualities 1 & 2???

indeed. my post was a bit harsh after rereading the post above yours, but whatever.  How many days a year you get in?  or do you ski a lot of rails for that kind of breakage?

WALLS i had the suspects and they disinagrated under my feet my friend had walls and they were super sick so id say thoughs

about 70 on the 07/08 and mainly rails and all mountain, wasn't jumpin much...and about 100 on the 08/09 models and a little more punishment all around, but still a lot of hiking rails in one hour lunches at breck...i guess every ski will break after that shit...

Nar snaped them on the same jump, one totally snaped and the other has a kink in it. Still really good skis though. I would get them again but this years model is too soft for me. Anyone know a similar ski to the 08 wall. Wanted to get the suspect or dumont but sounds like they snap easy. Maybe the 09 chronics or 2010 reno jibs.

Walls.

Much better for skiing switch since they're symmetrical, and they have proven durability.

Best ski I've ever owned.
