what exactly are you trying to do with them? i write them all of the time for one of the systems my company uses....
basically you're just saying that if(a,b,c) = if condition a is true, then the result is b. if condition a is false, then the result is c. you can then get more complex by nesting multiple if statements, but we can take it one step at a time.
Um, Its for computer programming 1 at my school. I will put screen shots up of what i have right now in a couple of hours. Its making a program that will identify what type of triangle you have when you have three inputs to put the angles in.
