If its white out conditions your usually not skiing...  Either way how the fuck do you get lost if your skiing trails? you keep going down the same trail your going down and your bound to end up by some sort of lift or something. 
AND why would you be skiing in white out conditions with out a hat or gloves?

For me definetley gloves.....ive got hair and a hood and i could dig like a cave like someone said in an earlier post

Yeah all you have to do is go down the mountain and dont duck any ropes and eventually you'll get to a lift/base lodge.  It's not that difficult.

But hat anyways, you can always put your hands under your armpits to keep them warm.

For some people say you would die without a hat on, what resorts would you die at if you were lost without a hat? Unless this is for a very long period of time or something.

I guess I would say hat though. Not a fan of cold ears...or cold hands, but I have pockets and sleeves for that I guess.

im pretty sure its not 80%,

other wise your saying that youd be warmer wearing a hat naked than if you wore a jacket and some pants with no hat.

read my post, wether or not you lose most heat through your head simply depends on how well the rest of your body is insulated...
and it can actually happen that around 80%of all heat that gets lost, gets lost through your head. under the condition that the rest of your body just needs to be very well insulated...

definitely gloves because you can put the hood on your jacket up.  What are you going to do with you freezing hands in the snow when you need to use them?

This is a toughie. I'm going to go ahead and say... it's pretty hard to get lost on a ski resort. If I were lost in a ski resort, however, I would choose skis. Do you know why? That's right! Because in most ski resorts, you go downhill, and you get to 1) a lift 2) a lodge or 3) your car!
